Gwen Sherman is a native Delawarean and has lived in Sussex County for over 30 years. Gwen's career began with residential contracting in Sussex County from the mid 1970's and continues today with the completion and sale of the latest home built by her and her partner.

Gwen has held her real estate license since 1981 while with Dual Exchange Land Company in Bridgeville, selling new construction homes and joined the Callaway, Farnell, and Moore, Inc. team in 1999 and currently holds her Delaware Real Estate Broker's license. Gwen is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® , Delaware Association of REALTORS® and the Sussex County Association of REALTORS® .

Dave Hobday relocated to Delaware from Michigan in 1968 with his parents and siblings. Dave has been involved in the security industry for over 30 years as a locksmith in Connecticut, Northern Delaware and Philadelphia followed by over 10 years with the University of Delaware.

Dave relocated to Sussex County and partnered with Gwen in 2001 building speculation houses and as an assistant in the real estate. Dave has been licensed in real estate since January 2003. Dave is a certified Seniors Real Estate Specialist. Dave is also a member of the National Association of REALTORS® , Delaware Association of REALTORS® and the Sussex County Association of REALTORS® .
